Products & Services

  • WPE primarily sells digital diesel tuning files and related hardware accessories.
  • All tuning files are created based on the information you provide (vehicle year, make, model, VIN, ECU/PCM data, modifications, and intended use). You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct.
  • Digital tuning files are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, as they are custom-made for your vehicle.
  • Any hardware products (MPVI, SCT devices, monitors, etc.) may be subject to manufacturer warranties and separate return policies.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout using approved gateways such as Stripe.
  • Your order is not final until payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

Delivery of Digital Products

  • After purchase, you will receive an intake form via email. This form must be completed before we can generate your tuning file.
  • Delivery time of digital files may vary depending on workload, accuracy of your information, and technical requirements.
  • You are responsible for correctly installing tuning files on your device. Technical support is available through our Support page or AI chat assistant.

Refunds & Returns

  • Digital products (tuning files) are not refundable due to their custom nature.
  • Physical products may be returned only if defective or unused, according to our Return Policy.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activity under your account is your responsibility unless proven unauthorized access occurred.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, designs, text, images, and software on this website are the property of WPE or its licensors.

Vehicle & Safety Disclaimer

  • Custom tuning alters factory calibrations and may affect vehicle performance, emissions, or warranty.

  • WPE is not responsible for engine, transmission, or component damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unsafe modifications.

  • AI support is provided to assist with common questions and troubleshooting.
  • Responses may not always be 100% accurate. You should verify critical details before applying changes.
  • Do not share sensitive personal or financial information in the AI chat.

Limitation of Liability

  • WPE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
